A 60-year-old male presented in OPD with complaints of giddiness, chest pain, shortness of breath, and weakness. ECG showed sinus bradycardia. For further evaluation, he was advised long term ECG Monitoring with Vigo SmartHeart. Sinus bradycardia with sinus arrest and Junctional Bradycardia (HR 30) with retrograde P waves were noted. A total of 2077 episodes of pauses were recorded (longest R-R Interval was 3.2 Seconds) in 24 hours of monitoring. Due to symptomatic sinus node dysfunction, a permanent pacemaker was implanted. The hospital stay and the subsequent follow-up were uneventful.

Timely diagnosis and intervention could save a life.
