A 56‐year‐old woman with diarrhea and fever for 4 days was confirmed to have COVID‐19 pneumonia via chest CT. She denied a history of chronic illness and related medications. Patient was advised for Vigo multivital monitoring for COVID recovery. The patient was treated with oral antiviral lopinavir/ritonavir 400/100 mg twice daily, Pantoprazole 40 mg daily, Methylprednisolone 20 mg, Chloroquine 0.25 g twice daily for 10days. On 10th day atrial rate of 39 bpm, a calculated QTc interval of 560ms, Junctional rhythm and complete AV block of 2656ms were recorded. Immediate admission and advised for lopinavir withdrawal by treating doctor with attention to her AV block. Her QTc interval decreased to 410ms. Timely diagnosis and intervention “Could Save A Life”.
